Important Information

This page contains information about the lodge and the area to help you enjoy your stay. You should find everything that you need, but if you have a question that isn’t covered, please get in touch and send us a message here.

POLICIES

  • Check-in at 4 pm or later, check-out 10 am or earlier
  • Minimum Age Requirement is 25 to make a reservation.
  • No pets allowed on premises or in the lodge. Violating the pet policy results in charges starting at $300 for cleaning carpets and furniture.
  • No events, parties or large gatherings more than 15 people. If you exceed this limit, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
  • No hunting or target shooting (including paint ball guns)
  • No ATVs/UTVs on the property
  • No fireworks
  • No smoking or vaping. If evidence of smoking or vaping in the lodge is found, an additional housekeeping fee of $1000 will be charged to the reservation holder.
  • No underage drinking
  • Do not move the fire ring and no fires elsewhere

ELECTRIC OUTAGE

In the event of an electrical outage there is a generator hooked up that automatically takes over powering the lodge. There is no need for you to do anything to get it started.

Located inside pantry to right of refrigerator.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

We hope you enjoyed your stay here!

As a reminder, check-out is at 10:00 am on the day that your booking ends.

Before you leave, we request that you:

  • Strip the beds that were used and leave sheets on a pile in the bedroom
  • Leave used towels on the floor in the bathrooms
  • Make sure all windows and doors are locked
  • Make sure grill valve is turned off (floor level) and cover is on grill
  • Power off fireplace if it was used
  • Turn off mini splits if in the heating season, if cooling leave at 74 degrees
  • Leave the door keys in the lock-box on the island in the kitchen
  • Take bags of trash to the black dumpster at the end of the lane across Huston Hill Rd. Leave the white flagging outside of dumpster.
  • Close the gate
